OUR HISTORY
Les Fromages Latino inc. is a 100% Quebec cheese factory specializing in typically Latin American cheeses. The owners, Isabel Correa and Eduardo Ibanez, are from Buga, Colombia. They put all their knowledge, experience and passion into making cow's milk cheeses of Colombian, Mexican and Salvadoran inspiration.
Arriving in Canada in 1993, the couple began marketing Latin American cheeses in 2005. Faced with the growing success of their products, they decided in 2011 to build their own cheese factory. Happy with their success, the couple is proud to see their four daughters, all born in Quebec, actively participating in the success of the company.
Assignment
Latino Cheeses Inc. has given itself the mission of introducing a varied clientele of all ages to different Latin American cheeses to allow them to experience a part of Latin American culture. For the Latin American community across Canada and the United States, the company wants to revive happy memories of their origin.
